HOW DO I START A REPLACEMENT CLAIM FOR PURCHASE MADE THROUGH A THIRD PARTY RETAILER?

To ensure you receive the right support for your specific situation, please read the following carefully:

If you purchased goodr sunnies from a third-party retailer (ex. Dunham’s, REI, Gliks, Dicks Sporting Goods, Academy, Carl's Banana Stand, etc.) and you're looking to receive a return/exchange, the quickest resolution is often to work with the retailer you purchased your sunnies from.

We partner with some awesome retailers who offer amazing customer service when it comes to returns/ exchanges.

 

For Returns/Exchanges: Please Contact Your Retailer

If you need to return a product for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size or color
  • Changed your mind
  • Unsatisfactory fit or function

These types of returns must be processed directly with the retailer from whom you purchased the item. Each retailer has their own return policy, and they will be able to assist you with returns and exchanges.

 

For Manufacturer Defects: We’re Here to Help

If you believe your product has a defect related to its manufacturing (e.g., material issues, faulty components, etc), we are happy to assist you with a warranty claim. Manufacturer defects typically do not include damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

 

Examples of what we cover...

  • Peeling/delamination of the lens.
  • Bubbles or imperfections in the lens coating.
  • Flaking or deterioration of the lens coating. 
  • Frame breakage through normal use.

 

Examples of what we DON'T cover...

  • Normal wear and tear like lens scratches.
  • Damage from being run over by a car, jetski, unicycle, etc.  
  • Damage caused by chemicals like hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, and alcohol. (Even if it's top-shelf.)
  • Intentional abuse or damage to the frames. (But we are truly impressed by your Gallagher routine.)
  • Squeaky hinges (We sadly have little to no control over the primary culprit, atmospheric pressure.)

To start a warranty claim for a manufacturer defect, please contact our customer support team with:

  • A receipt (this is required per policy, see our Terms and Conditions
  • A detailed description of the defect
  • Photos showing the defect
  • Name of sunglasses
  • Full name + current shipping address

We will evaluate your claim and guide you through the warranty process.
