MY PACKAGE HAS GONE MISSING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Can’t find your package? Don’t panic (yet)!

We know a missing package can be a real buzzkill. Sometimes carriers get a little too excited and mark packages as “delivered” before they actually arrive.

Give it 1–2 business days. It's probably just soaking up some extra sun before landing on your doorstep.

Don’t worry, if it’s still missing after that, send a squawk to our Customer Service Parrots. They’ll swoop in to help track things down and get you sorted.
