MY PACKAGE HAS GONE MISSING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We partner with third-party carriers to deliver orders. We are not responsible for lost and stolen packages. 

If you can't find your package, follow these steps:

  • Packages sometimes get pre-scanned by the carrier before delivery. We recommend you chillax, crack open a beer, and wait an extra 1-2 days.
  • If the package is still missing after 2 days, file a claim with the carrier.

We don't want to leave you in despair like your parents did when they forgot you at the grocery store!!! Give a squawk to our customer service parrots at our contact form so that they can fly to your aid!!!
